The founder
Jenna Walkowiak
Jenna Walkowiak founded Arcova Projects to solve a problem she saw repeatedly in the Perth property market: renovations that fell apart in execution. Unlicensed trades, missed compliance requirements, no one taking accountability, and homeowners left to manage the fallout.
Jenna is currently completing her building diploma and brings a background in property management, compliance, and project coordination to every Arcova project. She works exclusively with registered builders and licensed, insured contractors — coordinating and overseeing all building work on behalf of her clients, in full compliance with WA building legislation.
As a licensed property manager and sales agent, Jenna also offers clients a complete property journey — from renovation brief through to maximising rental yield or achieving the best possible sale price. It's a combination of expertise that very few renovation professionals in Perth can offer.
