We don't work with just anyone. Every builder, tradesperson, and specialist in the Arcova Projects network is licensed, insured, verified, and held to the same standards we hold ourselves — before they set foot on your property.

Arcova Projects operates as a renovation project management company. We don't employ tradespeople directly — we coordinate a carefully selected network of accredited professionals who have been verified against our criteria. Every contractor we engage must meet our licensing, insurance, and compliance requirements. No exceptions, no shortcuts, no one-off favours.
Registered Builders
All builders in our network hold a current registration with the Building Services Board of Western Australia — the legal requirement for residential building work in WA.
Licensed Electricians
All electrical work is carried out by licensed electricians registered with EnergySafety WA. No unlicensed electrical work is permitted on any Arcova project.
Licensed Plumbers
All plumbing and gas work is performed by licensed plumbers and gas fitters registered with the Plumbers Licensing Board of WA.
Carpenters
Experienced carpenters for structural framing, joinery, decking, and finish carpentry — all with demonstrated experience in residential renovation work.
Tilers
Specialist tilers with experience in wet areas, large-format tiles, and high-end finishes — critical for bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.
Painters
Professional painters delivering clean, precise finishes on interior and exterior surfaces — the detail that defines the final result.
Cabinet Makers

Building Surveyors
Independent building surveyors for permit applications, inspections, and compliance certification — ensuring every project meets WA building codes.
Our verification criteria
Every contractor in our network is assessed against five non-negotiable criteria before being engaged on any Arcova project.
Holds a current, valid licence for their trade or discipline — verified with the relevant WA licensing authority.
Carries appropriate public liability insurance and workers' compensation cover — documentation sighted and verified.
Identity, licence status, and insurance confirmed before engagement. We don't take anyone's word for it.
Demonstrated experience in residential renovation work of the type required — references and past work assessed.
Understands and adheres to WA workplace safety requirements and site safety practices on every Arcova project.
