Before
A dated 1990s galley kitchen with laminate benchtops, poor storage, and a layout that disconnected the kitchen from the living area. The homeowner wanted to open the space and modernise before listing the property for sale.
Outcome
Property listed and sold above reserve within two weeks of completion. The kitchen was cited by the selling agent as the primary driver of buyer interest.
Before
A tired ensuite with original 1980s tiles, a cramped shower, and a vanity that had seen better days. The owner was preparing the property for the rental market and needed a result that would attract quality tenants.
Outcome
Property leased within one week of listing at $80 per week above the owner's initial rental estimate.
Before
A 1970s family home with a disjointed floor plan, original kitchen and bathrooms, and a backyard that wasn't connected to the living areas. The owners wanted a full transformation to suit a modern family lifestyle.
Outcome
The family moved back into a home that felt entirely new. Independent valuation post-renovation showed a $210,000 increase in assessed value.

A two-bedroom investment property with original fittings, worn flooring, and a kitchen that was deterring quality tenants. The owner wanted a cost-effective upgrade that would lift the rental yield without overcapitalising.
Outcome
Rental yield increased from $420 to $530 per week. Property leased to long-term tenants within 10 days of completion.

Property sold for $95,000 above the pre-renovation agent estimate. Total renovation investment recovered more than four times over at settlement.

A large family home with an underutilised rear yard and no covered outdoor entertaining area. The owners wanted to extend their living space and create a connection between the interior and the garden.

The outdoor space became the centrepiece of the home. The owners subsequently received an unsolicited offer $130,000 above their purchase price — which they declined, choosing to stay.
