Design & Planning
Scope, selections, approvals and budget
With the brief confirmed, we develop the full project scope, coordinate any required design or engineering input, manage permit applications, and finalise material and finish selections. Nothing moves to delivery until the plan is locked and approved.
Delivery
Trades coordinated, timelines managed, inspections completed
This is where the project comes to life. We sequence and coordinate every trade, conduct regular site inspections, manage quality at each stage, and keep you informed throughout. Every inspection point is signed off before the next stage begins.
Handover
Quality review and completion documentation
Before we hand over your completed renovation, we conduct a thorough quality review, compile all compliance documentation, and walk you through the finished space. You receive a complete handover pack — so you have everything you need, documented and in order.
